Since 1968, The Retired Teachers of Ontario (RTO/ERO) has provided excellent programs and services for teachers, school and board administrators, educational support staff and college and university faculty in retirement. For over 50 years, RTO/ERO continues to provide service to members.We also welcome college and university faculty and educational support staff from schools and school boards.

The Retired Teachers of Ontario, District 35 is a local chapter of the Retired Teachers of Ontario situated in Northwestern Ontario.

District 35 is composed of two units, one in Dryden, Ontario and one in Red Lake. The Dryden Unit draws members from the communities of Machin (Vermillion Bay), Minnitaki, Oxdrift, Dryden, Wabigoon, Dinorwic, Sioux Lookout-Hudson and Ignace. The Red Lake Unit serves the communities of Red Lake, Balmertown, Madsen, Couchner and Ear Falls.  

Below is a simple road map of the area. The distance from Dryden to Red Lake is 215 km, from Dryden to Sioux Lookout 98 km, and from Dryden to Ignace 107 km.
